Most residential shoots take between 1-2 hours depending on the size of the property and the services booked. Larger homes or full packages with drone and video can take 2-3 hours. I always work efficiently while ensuring I capture every detail.
I recommend light decluttering and tidying up before we arrive. Clear countertops, put away personal items, and make beds. You don't need to move major furniture - we'll handle composition and angles to make every room look its best. I'm happy to provide a pre-shoot checklist when you book.
For interior-only shoots, weather isn't an issue. For exterior and drone photography, we monitor conditions closely. If the weather won't produce great results (heavy rain, high winds, low overcast), we'll reschedule at no extra cost. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Absolutely. I hold an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, which is required by federal law for commercial drone operations. I also carry full liability insurance for every shoot, giving you and your clients complete peace of mind.
